다윗의 일생을 통해 늘 전쟁과 사울왕의 시기로 힘든 상황이었으나 시편 23편과 같은 말씀이 나오게 된 데에는 다윗의 하나님을 향한 진정한 감사와 믿음이 있었기 떄문이다 하나님께서도 우리야의 아내의 일 외에는 하나님의 마음에 합한자 라고 하셨다.Throughout David's life, there were always difficult situations due to wars and the reign of King Saul, but the reason why words like Psalm 23 came out was because of David's true gratitude and faith in God.
